1. Booking and Payment
- All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized booking partners.
- Reservations are confirmed only after full payment is received.
- Payments must be made via the methods specified at the time of booking.
- You are responsible for providing accurate and complete booking information.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Standard Tours
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the tour: Full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour: Non-refundable.
Private Tours & Photoshoots
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the service: Full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the service: Non-refundable.
Weather Policy
- Tours may be canceled or rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions.
- In such cases, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
3. Arrival and Customer Responsibilities
- Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Clearboat Curaçao is not liable for lost or damaged items.
- Please inform us of any medical conditions or physical limitations that may affect your participation.
- All guests must follow crew instructions for their safety.
4. Liability
- Participation in Clearboat Curaçao tours is at your own risk.
- We are not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages, except as required by law.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
5. Photography and Media
- Clearboat Curaçao may take photos and videos during tours for promotional and marketing purposes.
- By booking with us, you grant consent for your image to be used in such materials.
- All media content remains the property of Clearboat Curaçao.
6. Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- Updated terms will apply to new bookings made after changes are posted.
7. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Curaçao.
- Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Curaçao.
